These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the appliance repair services provided by Appliance Repair Ventura Pro (https://appliancerepairventurapro.com/) throughout Ventura and Ventura County, CA. By scheduling a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a service request, or scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to authorise service at the property address provided, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are scheduling service on behalf of a property owner or business, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services & Scheduling

Appliance Repair Ventura Pro provides professional in-home appliance repair services for major household appliances throughout Ventura County, CA. All services are performed by our direct employees; we do not use subcontractors.

  • A responsible adult aged 18 or older must be present at the property for the duration of any service visit
  • Appointment times are estimates. We will communicate promptly if a technician is delayed
  • We reserve the right to decline service for appliances that pose a safety risk or cannot be safely accessed
  • Same-day and emergency service availability is subject to technician availability in your area

Pricing & Payment

All repairs are priced on a flat-rate basis following on-site diagnosis. The quoted price is the final price. We do not add charges after work begins without your explicit approval of any change in scope.

  • A diagnostic fee applies to all service visits and is disclosed before scheduling
  • If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost
  • If you decline the repair after diagnosis, only the diagnostic fee is charged
  • Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash
  • Invoices are provided for all completed repairs upon request

Warranty & Guarantee

Every repair completed by Appliance Repair Ventura Pro carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty on the specific component repaired. If the repaired component fails within 90 days of service, we will return and repair it at no additional charge, no diagnostic fee, and no service call fee.

  • Warranty applies only to the specific component repaired, not to new or unrelated failures
  • Warranty is void if the appliance is misused, tampered with, or serviced by another party after our repair
  • OEM parts may carry additional manufacturer warranties beyond our 90-day coverage. We will inform you at the time of service
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, flooding, fire, or other external events

Limitation of Liability

Appliance Repair Ventura Pro carries full liability insurance. In the event that a technician causes accidental damage to your property during a service visit, we will address it through our insurance coverage. All our technicians are California-licensed and insured.

Our liability for any claim arising from a service visit is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for consequential damages such as food spoilage, lost income, or costs resulting from appliance downtime beyond the scope of the repair itself.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that a repaired appliance will continue to function indefinitely. Appliance lifespans vary, and coastal environmental conditions in Ventura County accelerate wear on components beyond our control.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge, please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled service window. Late cancellations or no-shows after a technician has been dispatched may result in a trip charge at our discretion.

  • Cancellations made 2+ hours before appointment: no charge
  • Cancellations after dispatch: a trip fee may apply
  • No-shows with no prior notice: a trip fee applies

To reschedule, call us directly at the number below. We will accommodate your new time as quickly as possible, including same-day rescheduling when availability permits.

Contact & Disputes

If you have a concern about a service, warranty, or billing, please contact us directly before pursuing any other resolution. We resolve the vast majority of concerns on the first call. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute not resolved directly shall be subject to binding arbitration in Ventura County, CA.
